Product in Exchange for a donation Upon receipt of the returned product, we will replace or exchange the product. Please note that due to current tax laws, donations made in exchange for a product are unable to be refunded.
Donations Donations made to NCNW made within the previous thirty (30) days will be refunded and future recurring donations canceled upon written notification received by mail or email with the appropriate documents verifying that the requester and donor is the same person. Donations made for event or ticket purchases are not refundable.
