Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)

NCNW is on the front lines defending and championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as a practice that should automatically be the norm. We are dedicated to the implementation of the three Cs – Consumers, Constituents, and Commitment.

We ask consumers to be brand loyal to corporations that are continuing their efforts supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Understanding constituents being the catalyst in advocating for policy change, collectively our voices will make a difference.  Ultimately, NCNW is committed to collecting resources that move Black institutions to effectuate and perpetuate positive change.
