Bethune-Height Changemaker Pathways (BHCP)

The Bethune-Height Changemaker Pathways (BHCP) are NCNW’s intentionally designed programmatic response to the systemic barriers and inequities that continue to hinder Black women’s maximized success. Through BHCP, NCNW will empower participants to break barriers and change their trajectory—ultimately creating a cycle of community AND social impact.

BHCP comprises multiple programs, each taking a distinct focus and approach to cultivating Black women changemakers––the first are our Collegiate Career Accelerator and Mentoring Program, additional programs will launch over time.

The Career Accelerator is a multi-faceted program intentionally designed to kick-start and advance participants’ careers through 1) funding, 2) mentoring, 3) networking, AND 4) training.
